Beautiful circuit high above Erlabrunn and Leinach. Very varied with narrow paths, many places with a view of the Main valley and the Main. Interesting that Falkenberg Castle was built directly opposite Ravenstein Castle high above Erlabrunn. The ruins of the watchtowers were probably the observation towers for the outposts. The panoramic view from up here is incredibly beautiful.

It was beautiful 😍 I like this black pine forest because, when the sun is shining and the temperatures are higher, it smells incomparably good. The trails aren't boring either; many small paths lead to beautiful spots, including panoramic benches overlooking the Main River loop.
