Some paths are heavily overgrown and no longer recognizable. Tips: 1) When the trail crosses a real path after about 1 hour at Salzlackerkopf, follow it to the right and then to the left.
2) At the fork after Eichelbacher Hof, keep right immediately; the planned path, first to the left and then to the right, is no longer there.
