A wonderful tour in beautiful weather!
The town center of Schuld is completely surrounded by a large loop of the Ahr, so the damage from the flood was immense here too.
The beautiful Roman bridge was destroyed, only the foundations held up. Last year a temporary bridge for pedestrians was built on it. A completely new pedestrian bridge has since …
