Hindeloopen is a small Dutch town in the southwest of the province of Friesland on the edge of the IJsselmeer.

With its picturesque old houses and canals, Hindeloopen is now a museum town, with just over 800 inhabitants. I have a lot of respect for the village community's efforts to maintain and care for something like this.
