Today we rode the Main cycle path from Gemünden via Lohr to Marktheidenfeld in beautiful weather.
Entry in Gemünden at the mouth of the Franconian Saale.
Very nice to drive.
I liked the right side best on the way to Marktheidenfeld.

We chose Marktheidenfeld as the starting point for our combination of the Main and Tauber cycle paths. There are plenty of free parking spaces here. We parked right on the Main below the old town. Since we had a long journey, we only planned the first day's stage as far as Gemünden.
