Beautiful views of the Echo ponds, a complex of four ponds near Zwierzyniec in the Roztocze National Park. The Polish Konik (Konik Biłgorajski) often grazes in the meadows around the ponds.

Forest Chamber in Florianka

Highlight • Historical Site

The Forest Chamber in Florianka was established in 2004 in the restored former forester's lodge of the Zamoyski Estate from 1830. The wooden building has been recreated to reflect the interiors from 1938 in order to reflect the working conditions of a forester in the interwar period. Some of the rooms in the forester's lodge have retained their former functions. In the main building, the office, kitchen, bedroom and hallway have been recreated, two rooms serve as permanent exhibition rooms thematically referring to the history of the Settlement and the people associated with it. In the attic, there is a gallery exhibition presenting issues devoted to forestry, old professions, food storage, among others. The barn has been adapted for the needs of exhibiting agricultural and forestry equipment.

Church of St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr in Górecko Kościelne.
Its history dates back to the 17th century and is associated with the cult of St. Stanislaus, bishop and martyr, who appeared to a young farmer, Jan Socha, and indicated the places where chapels and a church were to be built.
Upon hearing of the extraordinary graces that the people experienced at the place of the apparition, Ordynat Marcin Zamojski ordered a chapel to be built in honor of St. Stanislaus, as well as a church, which was unfortunately burned down by the Swedes.
The new temple was built in 1768. Beautifully situated among old trees, the temple captivates with its beauty and simplicity.
In 1968, Cardinal Karol Wojtyła donated authentic relics, a bit of St. Stanislaus' bones, to the church in Górecko Kościelne.

Chapel on the Water (Kaplica na Wodzie)

Highlight • Religious Site

The chapel was built in the place where on August 5, 1640, the Mother of God appeared to Jakub Ruszczyk. The original chapel dates back to 1646. The current one dates from the 18th century, its present shape was given in the 19th century and thoroughly renovated in 2008. The Chapel on the Water is basically two wooden chapels supported on concrete pillars, connected by a wooden bridge and covered with a common multi-hipped roof, thus forming a single object. Inside you can see a copy of the miraculous image of Our Lady of Krasnobród. The turbulent history of the original miraculous picture is also placed here. Next to the chapel there is a figure commemorating the revelation of the Mother of God to Jakub Ruszczyk, made of Joseph stone by Andrzej Gontarz, an artist from Krasnobród. Around the chapel, among flowers and shrubs, there is a path with 15 rosary stations, which were also made by Andrzej Gontarz. There are springs under the chapel, the water of which has miraculous, healing properties, which is confirmed even by church documentation from the 17th century. Numerous cases of graces obtained are still recorded, and their descriptions are kept in the parish archives. Every year, on the night of July 1-2, the main indulgence service in honor of Our Lady of Blueberries is held at the chapel. From the Chapel on the Water to the Sanctuary leads the three-row Avenue of the Blessed Virgin Mary, also called chestnut.
