I do not recommend this route except to lovers of the Bdc road. The entire route is on the side of the state road with cars running close to you. Only from Miramare Castle to Trieste can you avoid the road.

The predicted thunderstorm didn't materialize, so we were able to start cycling as soon as we arrived at our first campsite. Unfortunately, there are no reasonable cycle paths anywhere, so always ride next to the cars when there is a lot of traffic. Nevertheless, a first worthwhile tour because of the sights.
