If you like cycling on railway cycle paths, you should remember this highlight. I only rode a section. The Val di Fiemme railway, a narrow-gauge railway, existed from 1917 to 1963. It connected Predazzo in Val di Fiemme with Auer in the South Tyrolean lowlands. The viaduct is great. You cycle around the viaduct on an asphalt cycle path and then cycle under it with an incredible gradient. Good brakes are a prerequisite for completing the downhill ride safely.

After breakfast, we first went to the big ball with a wonderful view, from there back to Caldaro to the market 👜🕶👓👕 . Then on the old railway line to Montan. Here you pass Castelfeder, a very mystical place and highly recommended. In between we had to change the brake pads again.
