Recreational lake

Highlight • Other

A small swimming pond between the Isère and the cycle path. In addition to many outdoor and climbing opportunities (not just for children!), a welcome refreshment after the exertion of cycling (or hiking).

Aime is a really pretty village between Bourg-Saint-Maurice and Moutiers. You can get here via the Isère cycle path. There is not much going on, but the village is worth seeing and staying here.

May 12, 2022,late afternoon spin to wake me up
For the second ride in a row I forgot my phone so no pictures which is a shame as the village of notre dam du Pré is delightful and the descent is an absolute switchback fest with amazing views down the valley. Next time I promise there will be pictures 😉
