Meeting my sister and her family for lunch in Victoria. My cycling friends from Gruppetto, on a day trip to Victoria, were passing by with perfect timing to ride together on the Lochside Trail.

Riding through Sidney, an RCMP cop flagged us down and gave a lecture about riding single file and each individually stopping at stop signs.
