A good stretch of traffic free tarmac path for cyclists and walkers. Perfect for cycling away from the busy traffic and having more time to take it all in.

The Wolf River Trail Yellow is one of a few different paths in the Lucias E. Burch Jr. State Natural Area. The path is a popular spot for both cyclists and foot-traffic, and it follows the river pretty much the entire time. You can do this path as an out-and-back, or you can loop onto one of the other trails on the property.

Nice singletrack. Blue line and yellow lines were quite easy but there were a few sections to be aware of. Not as sandy as I thought it would be and smooth 95% of the time. No water out here so come prepared

Hyde Lake at Shelby Farms Park

One of the largest urban parks in the US at 4500 acres with over 40 miles of multiuse trails. The park is located on the Shelby Farms Greenline and is a great place to start and end road cycling rides in the Memphis area. On Saturdays and Sundays there are food trucks in various locations throughout the park.
