Chapel and Historic Farmstead of Daudistel

Highlight • Historical Site

An attraction in Daudistel is a farmhouse from the early 19th century. The barn is dated 1818 (?) and there is also a single-family house with a pent roof and an outbuilding built into the north slope. Another point of interest is the chapel of the hamlet, a simple hall building with a roof turret dating from 1676. Some parts of the building may be even older. For a long time, the chapel was privately owned by the Daudistel estate. In 1990 it was renovated and passed into the hands of the city of Neuerburg.

It was a very nice trip, in a very quiet area with a lot of height difference on many unpaved paths with beautiful views! Quite an experience!
