The first part through the castle grounds was very nice. The domain itself is quite wild, but that has something. By the way, there is a permit, the domain is being refurbished. Part 2 along the Aalterse Boerenbuiten was less, due to the busy traffic. All in all a nice walk and very happy that I was able to go …

Not a spectacular walk, the castle and domain are worth the effort, but the walk itself is about concrete indoor lanes through an agricultural landscape. The ice cream machine on the way and the terraces in the village make up for everything!
