June 29, 2024,mit Xsavi bei Hitze vom Lerchenberg nach Gonsenheim

Actually, we had planned to go almost 20 km to Mombach, through the Mainz sand...
But since my phone already showed 30°C for Hechtsheim, and I should have planned a little more water for the dog, we saved ourselves the stretch through the warmest and driest area of Mainz today. 😉
