When the route from Kastellaun to Pfalzfeld was opened on October 1st, 1906, the residents of Ebschied also celebrated their station. The citizens of Laubach had it just as far to the new train station as the Ebschieders, and they probably celebrated this day just as well. About 2 km had to be bridged from both places. In the early years, the station only had a loading track 200 meters long. Over the next few years, the loading track was extended towards Kastellaun with a dead end track. Overtaking track 3 should also be installed in the first few years of operation. Today only the town signs "Ebschied Bahnhof" remind us of the former station at the edge of the forest.
