We did this very beautiful hike. A family, with an 11-year-old child, all good runners. I would recommend doing the route the way we did. From the parking lot, downhill with a view of Bonifacio, and then the less difficult section at the end. It was 33 degrees and very strenuous! The trail is magnificent, but more like a goat …
