I actually wanted to do a Nordic walking regeneration day today. But the weather was sooooo tempting... So get on your bike and off you go. However, my muscles didn't find the combination of headwind + incline + previous day's sprint very exciting, and I found my performance today to be a complete waste.... backwards.
