Today another short training round 🚴‍♂️ over the Hollenstein 🏞️ and Kirchheide 🌳. Until Bad Salzuflen 🌅 I tried to keep my pulse very low 💓. But when it went up to Hollenstein ⛰️, I had to go full throttle 🚀, I don't think it could be done any other way. The round was definitely good enough to work out …
