Mountain bike tour on the Pfänder:
Uphill from Bregenz via Fluh and on over the Wirtatobel to the Hochberg.
Downhill via Fesslerhof to Lutzenreute, continue towards Eichenberg and then down to the Ruggburg. From there on hiking trail and single trail into the valley.
