From beautiful, bike-friendly Karlsruhe, we cycled to the Plittersdorf ferry and crossed over to France. Following mostly good bike paths, we reached La Wanzenau, where we were almost alone and enjoyed the peace and quiet before the bustling city of Strasbourg, where we would spend the night.
