Church of San Rocco

The church of San Rocco, built in the 1920s based on a design by the architect. Luigi Candiani, was enlarged in 1948 by the architect Gualtiero Vendrame. It is a small building with a single rectangular hall and a gabled roof supported by exposed wooden trusses. The building is oriented in an east-west direction, with an entrance to the west and an apse area to the east. The church was built in a bend of land lapped by the Negrisia river. The interior has a small presbytery and two small side altars. In the side chapel on the left we find a wooden statue dedicated to San Rocco, while in the apse there is a statue depicting the Madonna del latte, also in wood and dated around the 1920s. The façade has an entrance porch with a tile roof and a three-light window made up of three tall and narrow archivolted openings. A cross is placed on the facade at the top of the roof.
