The Warsaw Hub

Highlight • Monument

The Warsaw Hub is a complex of buildings in Warsaw, located at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Wola. The investment, designed by AMC - Andrzej M. Chołdzyński, consists of three towers: two 130 m high and one 85 m high, connected by a common podium. Construction began in December 2015 and was completed in June 2020.

The complex serves as an office, hotel and service facility. It has a direct underground connection to the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station. In 2019, during construction, a fire occurred on the upper floors of one of the towers, but the structure was not damaged. In 2022, The Warsaw Hub was purchased by Google for EUR 583 million.

Skyscraper panorama on Prosta

Highlight • Viewpoint

Prosta Street and then Świętokrzyska Street have become an office mecca, or the Polish Manhattan :-).
It is worth stopping at the Daszyńskiego roundabout to see how amazing this office panorama looks. And if someone happens to be there during the Golden Hour when the rays of the setting sun illuminate all this glass... the view is stunning!

UN Roundabout

Highlight • Monument

Rondo ONZ is a roundabout in Warsaw, located on the border of the Śródmieście and Wola districts. The roundabout is joined by the following streets: Aleja Jana Pawła II from the north and south, Świętokrzyska Street from the east and Prosta Street from the west. The roundabout is equipped with traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, bicycle crossings and an underground passage integrated with the Rondo ONZ metro station. Trams pass through the roundabout from three directions (except from the east).

The history of the roundabout dates back to the 1960s. The first extension of Świętokrzyska Street took place in 1955, and on December 4, 1963, an extension of Kasprzaka Street (Prosta Street) was pierced, creating a four-way intersection. The roundabout was opened on October 5, 1965, and its name, given in October 1986, commemorates the United Nations. In 2015, the Rondo ONZ metro station was opened under the roundabout.

In the vicinity of the roundabout there are important office buildings, such as the Ilmet, Rondo 1, Skysawa office buildings and several tenement houses from the pre-war period.
