Having spent a few hours with Chelsea to get my energy level up . Took the new build out, now its all dialled in ,thnx to the 8 speed crank I borrowed from my road bike . It works a treat no issues what so ever and more joy the 10 speed crank of this bike works fantastically well on …
@15 years a long time. Needs upgrading but the bike is a nicecride ,smooth crankbearing as good as any bike I have rode.i have ever only brought 2 bikes from new this one and the biggest pile of rubbish I ever rode a raliegh banana .
First ride on the zaskar since the crash ,I think the only damage it got was a super slow punture as I pulled 7 thorns out if the front tyre before reinflateing . The bike is super light it probably about the same weight as my gravel bike.

Engery boost from a hour with Sham 69 . New front tyre fitted ,phone holder and a brand new flask for piping hot coffee which fits snuggly in the bottle cage. Life is wonderful,occasionally .

Helmet felt good I am very comfortable at the 24 k ride and not much time today as we off to pick up Grandsons first mountain bike.
A small adjustment on the rear deraileur barrel adjuster and it never missed a beat. Of course she was right it was a problem but she can,t loose now.
