Bench With a View of the Rivelin Valley

Highlight • Viewpoint

Great bench, very tough terrain to get there! i would do this on the way back to sheffield(away from redmires) as cycling up to redmires from this bench is near on impossible!!!

Great view point of Sheffield and South Yorkshire on nicely country roads which are not too busy and are well surfaced. Climbing up Roper Hill gives a particularly good view and it is also a good little climb too.

View of Sheffield

Highlight • Viewpoint

Best view of the city, supposedly on a clear day you can see the humber bridge. Ive read that its the two towers thats are lit up red at night, to the right of the city.

The Norfolk Arms Hotel

Highlight • Restaurant

Amazing pub on the crossroad between Sheffield and the Peak District.

It's cyclist and walker friendly, and is extremely popular with mountain bikers who use Lady Cannings and road cyclists …

The Norfolk Arms

Highlight • Parking

Great starting and finishing spot, massive car park allows users easy access to Lady Canning's, and the Peak District beyond. The Norfolk Arms provide great beer and food, though can be very busy when the sun comes out. Enjoy!!
