At the end of the season, when we started cycling at 5 degrees, it was cold, but the further up we got, the warmer it would be, all alpine pastures were closed, but the cream puff countess had delicious coffee and what? A cream puff, of course.

Great tour around the Hochfelln. However, gradients of around 20% both up and down must be expected on gravelly ground.
More suitable for mountain bikes. In Maria Eck you have a beautiful view over the valley to the Chiemsee. The alpine pastures alternate with the closure, so check beforehand on the Internet which is open and which is closed.

The start of the Hochfelln circuit was Brand.
First up to Eschelmoos, then back down to Kohlstatt, then over the Gleichenbergalm to the Bründlingalm. On the way back to the Nesselauer Alm.
It was a lovely circuit in the best weather🌞

From the Hochfelln middle station we took the cable car to the mountain station. After a little refreshment and a picture with the summit cross, we walked down to the middle station. The beautiful weather provided many beautiful views of the surrounding mountains 😀. A successful tour with a hiking component 👍

It was super nice again but not as easy as expected 😁. The upper hike part is something 😎😎

After it rained all day yesterday, driving was finally possible again today. The rough target was the Hochfelln. The inclines were quite steep, despite the e-bike. But the view was worth it and there was a delicious snack on the Bachschmiedalm. There's even a bike gas station there 👍
Always met nice people along the way.
