Great hike with lots of sun! First along the Weser in the direction of Würgassen, then from there up the wooden path to the Skywalk. Great view from there. Then on to Brüggefeld and the deserted village of Schmessen, a few finds from the 13th century. Continue through the forest on winding paths back to Karlshafen. Top hike!🤗

I was in the Weser Skywalk area.
This is where the hiking trails of the Reinhardswald Nature Park and the Solling Vogler Nature Park overlap.

Actually, I wanted to walk the "official" DTS circular route, but the ferry across the Weser only runs until September. I'll catch up on that in spring 🙂
