August 22, 2023,Bike Ride from Staring Lake Park to Bloomington Ferry Bridge to Shakopee 2023-08-22

The organizing principle of this ride was to get some miles in before the predicted heat index of 111 F. later this afternoon.

On the ride, I was blown away by the komoot router planner's ability to piece together a ride on suburban Eden Prairie's incredible trail system with the wild trails in the Minnesota River bottoms.
