The long version of the trail (approx. 20km loop) starts in Aldeburgh by the sea. This loop starts at the car park just outside Aldeburgh on the A1094.
Very nice trail, great destination with shops, restaurants and music.

From Aldeburgh pass the golf course to Snape Maltings. Take the Sailers path, then a small diversion on to the RSPB reserve, then through the forest back on the Sailors Path.
