Hard road ride. Very good fitness required. Mostly well-paved surfaces and easy to ride. The starting point of the route is accessible with public transport.

Schelten Pass

Highlight • Mountain Pass

The Scheltenpass, one of my favorite passes. On the Jurassic side, along the Scheltebach, it is particularly romantic. Unfortunately, there is a motorcycle race here on Sundays and public holidays as well.

Difficult ascent on a well-paved, narrow road; hardly any motor vehicle / motorcycle traffic: an IDEAL VELOPASS!

Gabiare Valley near Envelier

Highlight (Segment) • Gorge

Great track for the road bike in the most beautiful Jura landscape, with perfect surface and almost no traffic. Is ideal as a link to Scheltenpass or Moutier / Gänsbrunnen.

Rohrgraben Road

Highlight (Segment) • Trail

Practical link with the road bike between the Tannmatt and the Envelier valley. In the opposite direction, however, hard and hard towards the end.

Nice bike tour. I did it on a racing bike, but that was too much. I recommend not turning left at the Seehof in the hamlet of "Schmittli" but instead going straight to Corcelles. This tour is recommended for e-mountain bikes or mountain bikes. However, with a mountain bike, you need to be very fit.
