DNA Pathway (Addenbrooke’s to Great Shelford)

Highlight (Segment) • Structure

Connection between Biomedical Campus and Shelford with an unfolded gene on the path. Though the paint declines (nice analogly for DNA reading faults) still impressive if you think about the amount of information stored in this relatively small gene alone.

Sheep's Green Bridge

Highlight • Bridge

The bridge connects Coe Fen with Sheep's Green and Lammas Land. It replaced a chain ferry in 1910 and was reconstructed in 2006 after some serious deterioration of the bridge's condition.

The River Cam in Cambridge

Highlight • River

If you're visiting Cambridge for the first time, this is one of the quintessential views of the river Cam. You'll see plenty of punting boats on the river.

Almost looks like a bunker for books in its massive architecture.

Scenic yes, but I do not recall any gravel. It did tend to be quite muddy in parts in late-October.

Double-track near Hauxton High Street

Highlight (Segment) • Cycleway

Mix of double and single track. Well compacted and fast (ridden in the summer)
