A very wet day in the Jurapark walking lovely gravel roads with the goal to visit the Tierstein ruins.

The rain started from the carpark and continued throughout the entire walk. Even so, a very enjoyable walk.

A blossom hike on the Cherry Trail, 🍒 the one I did, is located in the Fricktal region in the canton of Aargau, specifically in the Gipf-Oberfrick area.

There was a shorter, 5 km, family-friendly route that's also suitable for strollers.

A longer 9 km route, which also includes the Alt-Tierstein ruins.
