Finally MTB again :-)
Today a small afternoon round always nice across country - u.a. through the beautiful Kaskadental - up to the Klaushof - of course with a break in the beer garden.

Exhausting... but nice :-)

Then back via Stralsbach - Aschach - Stänich.

Today, I went mountain biking here in the Rhön for the first time in a long time. The ride takes me cross-country through the Cascade Valley, along sometimes very narrow paths, up to the Klaushof farm. The return ride is a pleasant one, rolling down to Stralsbach and on to Aschach and Bad Bocklet, then to Steinach.
