We would have liked to start from Riederberghöhe (Paradeis Monastery Ruins), but the bus doesn't stop there until 9:26 a.m. on Sundays. Much too late in the summer! Starting from Höbersbachstraße (also starting at 7:22 a.m.), after a 900-meter warm-up, we immediately climbed a steep section. But after that, the route is great, gently uphill to the Troppbergwarte, mostly shaded. …
