Amazing atmosphere up there in the snowy Sexten Dolomites! The path to the hut was trodden by the mountaineers before me, so it was relatively easy to walk (without snowshoes). Strenuous because of the snow, but incredibly beautiful 😍😍😍

Unfortunately, the thunderstorm and hail slowed us down today and forced the tour to be canceled 😢 at the Zsigmondy hut it was over.
One more reason to try again 😉

I can recommend this tour to anyone who wants to enjoy the mountains and quiet. A short detour from the Zsigmondy hut to Peppi the host of the Carducci hut is worthwhile. Food is 😋
