From Hintersee, past the Bergalm (very short sliding point uphill), down the mountain. Again steep and long up to Seewaldsee, steep and jagged down to Voglau, again partly steep up to Genneralm or Poschenhütte, refill fluid there and back down to Hintersee! (TG 18 is the route designation in the Mtb plan for Tennengau No. 18)
