The Nikolaiberg is a hill in Vienna's 13th district of Hietzing, rising 65 meters above the Wiental. It is part of the Vienna Woods and is located on the north-eastern edge of the Lainzer Tiergarten. On the eastern slope of the Nikolaiberg stands the Nikolai Chapel, one of the oldest churches in Vienna, dedicated to St. Eustace. The chapel was probably built in the 12th century and was originally dedicated to St. Nicholas. Nikolaiberg is also a popular destination for hikers and cyclists who can enjoy the beautiful nature and views of the city.
