Very nice tour, great landscape. You can swim at the lake and there are enough places to stop for a break around the lake.

Beautiful circular route with a wonderful view of the Stubenbergsee, Herberstein Castle and St. Johann Church. After the steep ascent is done, it goes comfortably with great viewpoints along the Geierwandweg. It goes back via St. Johann, along the Herberstein zoo and the Stubenbergsee.
Attention: The parking lot at the Stubenbergsee is chargeable, otherwise there will be a parking ticket.
