Personally, I cannot recommend this hike, which is designed as a round trip.
Apart from overgrown paths, the entire eastern part along the alp is unattractive, both visually and to walk on.
The western hiking trail, the Alpsteig, is recommended with a few highlights.
This tour is one of the few that disappointed me in real 50 years …

The Alb was a welcome refreshment for the dogs, and we found fresh springs with clear, clean water along the way – hurray! That made the walk much easier.
