June 19, 2024,Warth - Jägeralp – Hochalp Hütte - Warth

There are beautiful mountain paths at the beginning and end of the tour. From the Jägeralpe to the Steffisalp Express mountain station there are only wide forest paths. So it's pretty undemanding. The view from the Saloberkopf is magnificent, though.

Sun and blue sky and unfortunately our last day😢. Hence only a short hike before we hit the "long weekend" traffic jam back to Germany. This was last weekend before they close many hotels and resturants and we were litterally ordered the last coffee in Hochalphütte☕️.

September 8, 2022,über Hochalp zum 'Dorfmezga'

Nice round to visit the 'nine' Wirt Matze on the Hochalp and a little detour to an Alpine burger to the Mezga. We had saved ourselves the big descent and pulled out the 'Bregenzer-Wald-Card' for the descent with the Steffisalp-Bahn.
