An Iron-age hill fort dating from 300B.C. An easy walking route around its perimeter which provides some spectacular views. The view of Smallpox Hill (Downham Hill) is particularly magnificent.

View of Uley and the Coin Log

Highlight • Viewpoint

It was misty and not very pleasant when we climbed up above Uley but there were still nice views across the valley. Also discovered an interesting 'coin log'.

Hidden by trees and not really visible until up close. A good spot for twitchers!

Forest Path in The Cotswolds

Highlight (Segment) • Forest

A lovely path away from the top road and much firmer than the sloppy paths besides the road and at the bottom of the hill.
