Wonderful hike with the view of the Mont Aiguille dominating (and rightly so), but also rewarded with beautiful valley views and the view of the Grand Veymont. I find this tour more beautiful and more scenic than the classic route around Mont Aiguille.
After the ascent to the Pas de l'Aiguille, a small Bergerie follows before the Refuge de Chaumailloux …
