Circular hike from Spruga with a refreshing swim in a mountain lake and refreshment at Alpe Salai

After arriving in remote Spruga by e-bike, we began our hike in summery temperatures – and it was a tough one right from the start: a very steep climb of over 1.5 hours, sweaty and demanding. But perseverance was rewarded!
