Whenever you need assistance or want to make a claim, AXA’s never more than a phone call away: any time, any day — even as the clock strikes midnight on New Year’s Eve.
Ripped sidewall? Broken derailleur? When something breaks, all you have to do is call AXA. They’ll then send out someone to fix your gear or get you to the nearest repair shop.
If the repair shop is closed, AXA will cover the cost of a night’s accommodation so you can sleep soundly until you’re back on the road.
If your bike or e-bike can’t be fixed, you’ll be reimbursed for the cost of a rental, up to the value of €350 per week.
If you can’t continue, AXA will organize transport to a destination of your choice within 50 kilometers — be that your home, your Tour’s endpoint or a train station.
Be it your skis, your bike or even your surfboard — you’re covered up to the value of €1500 when your gear gets stolen or irreparably damaged in-flight during a journey (at least 100 km from your place of residence).
If you get lost whilst on a journey (at least 100 km from your place of residence) and need a helicopter to airlift you out, we’ll cover the cost of a search and rescue team anywhere in the world — up to the value of €15,000.
You're covered up to €150,000 for flights and transport back home if you have an accident abroad.
Once you’re covered, all you have to do is call AXA to make a claim — any time, any day. They’ll then process your claim immediately and work to get it settled as soon as possible.
