The mountain hut "Schöne Aussicht" is located in the Wilthner district of Sora on the north-western ridge of the "Oberlausitzer Bergland". The chalet got its name from the magnificent view of the western foothills of the "Upper Lusatian Mountains", which can be enjoyed from the window front of the chalet. The Baude has 3 dining rooms of different sizes and several rooms with a total of 21 beds. So well suited for hosting larger family celebrations with overnight stays.

It's interesting that two thick old trees were felled by the wind in a very short time and therefore a metallic solution had to be found for the home tree so that it is now a permanent solution.

The Jägerhaus Wilthen is located at the top of the pass on the road from Obergurig to Wilthen. The pass road has a gradient of 12% in parts and is closed from the north in winter.

It is the hiking trail from Obergurig to the Jägerhaus. Nice hiking trail, but some very steep.

The information board about the sparrows was not available today. I don't know if it has been removed forever or if it will be back soon.
