From here, you have a superb view of the town of Bar-sur-Seine.

This village on the Côte des Bar, on the banks of the Seine, borders the town of Bar-sur-Seine. For many centuries it marked the border between the region of Champagne and that of Burgundy. The name Burgundians comes from there. Until the beginning of the 19th century, there was an old marker there which recalled this division of the territory of France into provinces.

If you like picturesque landscapes, winding rivers and charming villages, you should visit Bourguignons, a small village located in the Aube department, in the Grand Est region. From the village, you can take a walking path which runs along the banks of the Seine and offers breathtaking views of the river and its surroundings. You can admire the reflections of the water, the bridges, the locks, the boats and the typical houses.

The source is said to be miraculous and this ordeal was erected in the 20th century. You can also see the chapel dedicated to Sainte Béline on a hill south of the village. The chapel was built in several stages between 1145 and 1380.

The chapel of Sainte Beline was built in the 15th century. The chapel is surrounded by lush greenery which invites relaxation and contemplation. You can also admire the fountain and the Calvary built by Abbot Jactat, who restored the chapel and revived the cult of Saint Beline in the 1920s.
