now newly built bike path throughout (for TT efforts you may prefer the roadway, not that busy outside of commute hours), gently rolling hills

trains to/from Helsinki and Riihimäki every 30 mins throughout the day, onward to/from Tampere usually every 2 hours, all trains transport bikes with no extra fee or reservations required

quite old and showing its age, generally okay but a bit boring, design eccentricities include a ~500 m section where it runs right next to the road without grade separation plus a section where the path moves further away from the road to a residential lane (no destination signage of course)

winding but almost completely flat, traffic often quite busy but manageable, asphalt okay minus a few potholes
