Bij ieder historisch landhuis vind je een koetshuis, de garage uit die tijd. De oude stalindeling bood ruimte aan vier paarden en in de naastgelegen ruimte was plaats voor meerdere koetsen. In het koetshuis zijn de oude paardenstallen nog, compleet met voerbakken en ruif. Het karakteristieke houten bijgebouw stamt in dezelfde periode als het landhuis, maar heeft niet dezelfde architectuur. 3. de Druivenkas: zo’n fraaie druivenkas als op Oud Groevenbeek zie je zelden. De 25 m lange, in 1915 gebouwde, kas is volledig gerestaureerd. Zelfs de oude tandwielconstructie van de ramen functioneert weer. Vroeger stond hier een enorm kassencomplex dat deed denken aan het bekende Crystal Palace in Londen. Het waren vooral bloemenkassen. Het kweken van bloemen was een grote hobby van de vroegere eigenaar. De sierlijke vorm van de druivenkas ontstond doordat er gebogen glasplaatjes zijn gebruikt. In de kas staan druivenranken, waarvan sommige wel 90 jaar oud zijn. Van deze druiven maakt Wijngaard Oud Groevenbeek jaarlijks zo’n 50 flessen ‘Chateau Oud Groevenbeek’. 4. De watertoren. De watertoren op de heuvel achter de kas is een opvallende verschijning. Gebouwd in 1912 in de vorm van een kasteeltoren met boogramen en kantelen is het behalve functioneel ook een opvallende blikvanger, een folly, in het park. De villa en de vele bloemenkassen, de druivenkas en de moestuin hadden veel water nodig. De verhoogde ligging van de watertoren zorgde voor voldoende waterdruk op de waterleiding. Hoe groter de waterdruk, hoe krachtiger de waterstroom. De kelders van de toren huisvesten nu verschillende soorten vleermuizen. Een uitkijkplatform op de watertoren geeft een ‘heerlyck’ uitzicht op het park. De bosranden zijn versierd met veel bijzondere bomen en heesters zoals hemelboom en vederesdoorn. 5. verder is er ook nog een kolengestookt was- en drooghuis.
