The Hunnerpark (formerly Hunerpark) is a park in the Hunnerberg district on the edge of the city center of the Dutch city of Nijmegen.

Cycling is not permitted here. In Heumensoord, cycling is only permitted on designated paths. This is indicated on the access signs. This area is not marked as such, so cycling is prohibited according to the access regulations. In Heumensoord, cycling is permitted on official cycle paths and the green Malden MTB route.

The artwork contains some 10,000 flowers and plants. The official description of the city coat of arms is as follows: 'In gold, a double eagle of sable, on the chest in a heart shield of azure a double-tailed lion of gold, crowned with a golden crown of three leaves and two pearls, tongued and nailed gules, the shield covered by an imperial crown of gold, lined gules, and held on the right side by a lion of gold and on the left side by a lion of sable, tongued and nailed gules.' To clarify: sable is black, azure is dark blue and gules is red. It should be noted that in heraldry the designations left and right are interchanged, because the view is usually from the bearer of the coat of arms. The azure heart shield with the climbing golden lion on the double eagle is the mark of the old Gelre. The double eagle in particular indicates that Nijmegen was an Imperial City of the Holy Roman Empire. The crown on the coat of arms also refers to this.
