Cycle path along the Weluwemeer, easy to ride.

The Pluizenmeer is a characteristic fen (small lake) nestled in the Renderklippen: a heathland and woodland formed by ice-age moraines. Originally called "Vlasmeertje" (Little Flax Lake), it was quickly nicknamed "Pluizenmeertje" (Little Fluffy Peat Grass) because it is fringed with fluffy bog grass (cotton cotton).

Beautiful nature and surroundings

The cycle path always runs along the water of the Veluwemeer, sometimes unfortunately right next to the road and often covered by bushes and hedges. There are always bathing bays

Hunneschans (10th century remains of an earthen wall with a moat) built near the Uddelermeer, to defend a number of trade routes that passed through here.
