De Hoop flour mill is the pride of Garderen. No wonder it's still open to the public, so be sure to take a look if you're in the area. On Thursdays and Saturdays you can see how the wheat is milled. The mill is still in operation two days a week. Do you see the blades turning? Then the miller is at work!
